Description
- Provide application support throughout the system testing process as required
- Offer technical assistance in troubleshooting application-related issues
- Deliver necessary technical support for BAU operations and special tasks related to BCP/DR activities
- Design, implement, and review API integrations with internal and external systems
- Analyze business challenges, recommend best practices, and apply innovative solutions to resolve issues
- Lead a team of business analysts in business requirement scoping and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution; ensure comprehensive business process training for testers to facilitate thorough system testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in IT applications, API integration, and cloud technologies
- Hands-on experience with API development and integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
- Proficiency in code review, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP
- Experience in security best practices, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
