Description
- Analyze and understand business processes to design effective system solutions that support new system development and execution
- Conduct detailed business analysis and provide insights to stakeholders and senior management to guide strategic decisions on project direction, processes, and improvements
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure accurate delivery of business requirements and timely resolution of project-related issues
- Monitor and follow up on defect resolutions, ensuring all issues are addressed within defined timelines
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and user satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or insurance domains
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions
- Proficient in documentation, reporting, and client communication
- Skilled in analysis, problem-solving, and presenting insights
- Advanced technical aptitude with experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent in English
