The Role
The ideal candidate's background for the role comes from extensive hands-on experience in driving the commercial and operation efforts of the agriculture solution products such as solar for agriculture, irrigation, agros financing and others sustainable farming solutions. Experience in managing day to day operation functions of small and medium business including direct management on the profit & loss

Description
Design and implement business plans and procedures in close collaboration with the country director
Define and monitor comprehensive KPI’s in close collaboration with the Country Director
Provide the CPO with detailed customer feedback on current product & service offering
Design, execute and iterate on the sales and operations expansion plan
Assist the Country Director to be responsible and accountable for the budgets of the different departments
Build and constantly improve the last-mile distribution network and supply chain
Define, recruit and contract resources to execute on the operational plan
Manage relationships with partners/suppliers
Oversee and improve internal processes, including HR and Logistics
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication both in back office and in the field, by the example
Actively participate in expansion activities and building partnerships
Requirements
Proven experience as General Manager, Executive Director, Head of Division or another relevant role
Experience in agriculture is a plus
Ability to take risks, thrive in uncertainty and have a real entrepreneurial mindset
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
Ability to analyze and monitor performance/operations metrics
Aptitude in decision-marketing and problem-solving
Strong passion for social development and entrepreneurship
Fluent in English
Bsc/BA in business administration or relevant field, MSc/MBA is a plus
