Description Develop and assist a strategic sale training program, encompassing onboarding, ongoing skill enhancement. Create engaging and effective training content, materials and resources including e-learning modules, workshops and coaching programs to drive sales excellence across the organization. Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales training programs. Assist in the onboarding process for new sales team members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and insurance products to ensure accurate and relevant training content. Requirements Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales training and development in any industries. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in training and development are a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
