Description
Act as the main point of contact between assigned clients and internal departments (creative, digital, media, production)
Understand client needs and objectives and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams
Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and performance updates for clients
Support senior account managers/directors in managing high-level accounts and pitches
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in the related industry
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantageous
Business English is a must
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client trust and satisfaction
