Description
- Managing expatriate mobility administration (work permits, visas, housing)
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations and maintenance
- Handling non-trade procurement and service contracts
- Supporting CSR programs and employee engagement activities
- Coordinating travel arrangements and vendor relationships
- Supervising outsourced staff and ensuring compliance with service agreements
Requirements
- University degree (preferably in Business Administration or Management)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative supervisory roles at an international-standard company
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with administrative protocols
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with problem-solving skills
