TA Manager at an FMCG Company in Yangon, Myanmar

The Role

This role is responsible for leading and managing all talent acquisition activities across the FMCG business. You will oversee end to end recruitment, employer branding, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development while partnering closely with senior management to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent for fast paced FMCG operations

Description

  • Lead and execute full‑cycle recruitment for all levels across sales, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, and corporate functions
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to support business expansion and manpower needs
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and strengthen the company’s presence across recruitment channels
  • Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning, job design, and talent forecasting
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high‑volume roles within FMCG operations
  • Manage recruitment KPIs and ensure efficient hiring processes that meet business timelines
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and local labor regulations
  • Oversee recruitment vendors, job portals, universities, and external partners
  • Lead and mentor the TA team to enhance productivity and strengthen recruitment capability
  • Support onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or high volume industries. 
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent sourcing strategies, and employer branding
  • Experience hiring for commercial, operational, and technical roles in dynamic environments
  • Proficiency with HR systems, ATS platforms, and modern sourcing tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders
  • Fluency in English and Burmese preferred
