The Role
This role is responsible for leading and managing all financial activities for the hospitality business. You will oversee hotel financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and compliance while supporting senior leadership with financial insights that enhance profitability and operational performance across multiple hospitality properties.

Description
- Lead all finance and accounting activities across hotel operations, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements for management and regulatory review
- Ensure full compliance with Myanmar tax laws, hospitality accounting standards, and internal financial policies
- Oversee cost control measures for hotel operations, including F&B cost analysis and operational expense management
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning to support daily property operations
- Implement and enhance financial controls, audit processes, and internal compliance frameworks
- Support business planning, pricing strategies, revenue optimization, and investment analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory stakeholders
- Lead, train, and develop the finance team to strengthen overall financial performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA, CPA, or relevant certifications preferred
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in senior finance or accounting roles, ideally within hospitality, hotels, or service oriented industries
- Strong knowledge of hospitality financial processes such as hotel cost control, daily revenue reporting, and operational financial analysis
- Solid understanding of Myanmar tax regulations, financial standards, and hotel accounting systems
- Proficiency in financial software, hotel PMS/POS’S systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and leadership skills; fluency in English and Burmese preferred
