• Salary up to 3,500,000 MMK plus other allowances

ERP Project Manager responsible for leading projects from initiation to full implementation and successful delivery to end users

Description

• Analyze and document business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement across departments
• Lead ERP implementation activities, including requirement translation, system configuration, testing, and user training
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decision-making
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating requirement gathering and stakeholder communication
• Drive continuous process and system improvements by monitoring ERP performance and implementing best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, with a focus on ERP or CRM systems
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and documentation techniques
• Experience with ERP systems and related technologies, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills  and strong data analysis & reporting skills
• Excellent in English communication
