Description
- Act as the main point of contact between assigned clients and internal departments (creative, digital, media, production)
- Understand client needs and objectives and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams
- Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and performance updates for clients
- Support senior account managers/directors in managing high-level accounts and pitches
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the related industry
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantageous
- Business English is a must
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client trust and satisfaction
