Dealer Manager at a Leading Automotive Industry in Yangon, Myanmar
Responsible for managing, developing, and supporting the overall performance of automotive dealers within the assigned region or nationwide, ensuring alignment with company objectives across sales, after-sales service, customer satisfaction, and brand standards
Up to 2,500,000 MMK and other allowances

Description
Monitor and drive dealer sales performance to meet or exceed volume targets
Identify potential areas for network expansion and lead new dealer onboarding processes
Deliver ongoing support and training to dealer teams on products, systems, and customer handling
Liaise with internal departments (Marketing, Service, Parts, Finance) to align dealer activities with overall business goals
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in a related industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantageous
Business English is a must
Ability to identify new dealership opportunities, negotiate contracts, and manage dealer onboarding
