Our client is a prestigious international automotive company with a strong presence in Myanmar, offering quality vehicles and exceptional aftersales support through a nationwide network

The Role

  • Assist the Spare Parts Manager in meeting monthly and annual sales objectives for parts distribution

  • Coordinate stock supply with internal teams to meet dealer and regional demand

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, sub-dealers, and service centers to ensure excellent support

  • Identify gaps in market coverage and help onboard new dealers in underserved regions

  • Handle feedback and complaints from customers and dealers regarding parts availability or quality

  • Work closely with the service and quality assurance teams to drive quick resolutions and customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to maintain healthy stock levels across locations

  • Forecast demand based on market trends, vehicle usage, and consumption data to avoid stock-outs or excess

  • Generate and analyze regular reports on sales performance, pricing, and competitor activity

  • Propose strategies to improve pricing, turnover, and market share

  • Ensure all dealer and customer orders are processed and delivered on time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, or related field

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spare parts sales, distribution, or inventory management

  • Good understanding of automotive parts and dealer network operations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Self-motivated with a passion for customer service and the automotive industry
