National Sales Manager at a massive pharmaceutical distribution company in Yangon

  • Implement and develop effective sales strategies, manage and lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets, establish reliable and strong relationships with clients

The Role

  • Manage the nationwide sales teams, provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs, negotiate and close agreements with large customers, stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience with Pharmaceutical (OTC / Ethical / Skin care) background, must be management level
  • Any Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • Business English skill is required
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude, interpersonal skills
