- Manage the nationwide sales teams, provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs, negotiate and close agreements with large customers, stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience with Pharmaceutical (OTC / Ethical / Skin care) background, must be management level
- Any Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Business English skill is required
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude, interpersonal skills
