Description

• Handle end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier coordination and order management
• Manage import/export licensing for lubricant, oil, and battery products
• Liaise with government departments and authorities to ensure timely approvals and regulatory compliance
• Monitor shipping schedules, prepare relevant documentation, and follow up on customs clearance
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, licenses, and vendor contracts
• Source competitive suppliers, evaluate quotations, and support cost-saving initiatives
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and inventory availability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or logistics, preferably in oil, lubricant, or battery products
• Strong understanding of import/export procedures and license application processes
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with both suppliers and government bodies
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling documentation accurately
• Proficiency in English and MS Office applications
