Description
Manage procurement strategy across services, and indirect spend
Align global procurement strategies with local business needs, ensuring consistency in sourcing and contract execution
Lead negotiations and build long-term supplier partnerships to optimize cost, quality, and service
Act as the main point of contact for supplier performance, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
Drive competitive bidding processes, develop sourcing plans, and deliver measurable savings
Collaborate closely with global and regional category leads to ensure seamless rollout of procurement strategies
Provide insights on supplier innovation and sustainability opportunities to enhance competitive advantage
Build strong business partner relationships across departments and ensure transparency and alignment on procurement goals
Conduct ongoing market intelligence, risk assessments, and supplier benchmarking to support proactive decision-making
Take ownership of reporting procurement KPIs and driving strategy implementation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Minimum 3–5 years of procurement or category management experience, ideally in an FMCG or multinational setting
Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into procurement actions
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Comfortable with MS Office and SAP or similar ERP systems
High adaptability, commercial acumen, and a proactive approach to driving procurement excellence
