Description
Plan and execute projects to support agency channel operations and performance goals.
Develop and refine agency models to enhance efficiency and sales distribution.
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.
Analyze business performance data to drive strategic improvements and agent productivity.
Lead and motivate project teams while managing scope, timelines, risks, and documentation.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders and senior management on project updates and risks.
Monitor and track project performance against short- and long-term goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Project Management, or a related field.
3+ years of project management experience in insurance or related industries, with a strong background in agency model development.
Deep understanding of insurance agency operations and distribution channels.
PMP certification is a plus.
Demonstrated success in implementing business strategies and managing multiple projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
