Supply Chain Manager at a Leading Local Conglomerate in Yangon, Myanmar
Oversee and optimize the full supply chain cycle from procurement to distribution for a fast-growing local group

The Role

The Role
Design and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals
Forecast demand and manage stock levels using market and sales data
Oversee inventory control to reduce wastage and optimize turnover
Manage logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
Build strong relationships with third-party logistics providers and partners to ensure cost-effective delivery
Monitor KPIs and initiate process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction
Implement risk management plans to prevent supply chain disruptions
Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulations
Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
7–10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and planning, including managerial roles
Strong business process evaluation and improvement skills
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities
Proficient in problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and project execution
High integrity and strong ethical standards in supplier and procurement dealings
Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are a plus
