The Role

An exciting opportunity for a seasoned supply chain professional to lead operations and logistics for a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in process improvement, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration within a manufacturing environment

Description

  • Lead and coach the operations team to build a competent, engaged, and future-ready workforce

  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, ISO standards, and HSEQ management systems

  • Oversee logistics setup, warehouse operations, and inventory management for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods

  • Drive continuous improvement using KPIs and operations systems to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

  • Plan and lead capital investment projects in line with HSE and capacity needs

  • Foster collaboration across departments to align operational goals with company strategy

  • Participate in management meetings to coordinate improvement initiatives

  • Develop and monitor supply chain strategies to meet both current and future customer demands

  • Take ownership of HSEQ within the area of responsibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics, operations, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in a supply chain management role, ideally within manufacturing

  • Proven leadership and team development capabilities

  • Strong understanding of operational compliance and international standard

  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in both spoken and written English
