Description
Lead and coach the operations team to build a competent, engaged, and future-ready workforce
Ensure compliance with operational procedures, ISO standards, and HSEQ management systems
Oversee logistics setup, warehouse operations, and inventory management for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
Drive continuous improvement using KPIs and operations systems to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
Plan and lead capital investment projects in line with HSE and capacity needs
Foster collaboration across departments to align operational goals with company strategy
Participate in management meetings to coordinate improvement initiatives
Develop and monitor supply chain strategies to meet both current and future customer demands
Take ownership of HSEQ within the area of responsibility
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics, operations, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a supply chain management role, ideally within manufacturing
Proven leadership and team development capabilities
Strong understanding of operational compliance and international standard
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in both spoken and written English
