- Responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the school’s programs and brand
- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely and professional support for parents and inquiries
- Manage digital and offline communication channels, including social media, website, and events
- Coordinate with admissions and academic teams to align marketing initiatives with enrolment goals
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in related industry
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Business English is a must
- Strong skills in marketing strategy, digital marketing, communication, customer relationship management, and event coordination
