Description
- Oversee daily showroom sales operations to ensure smooth customer flow and service quality
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive showroom performance and vehicle sales
- Monitor sales activities and performance, providing guidance and coaching to improve results
- Ensure excellent customer experience, handling key clients and resolving escalated issues effectively
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in related industry
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Communicable English is preferred
- Must have strong leadership and customer management skills to effectively guide the sales team
