Description
- Develop and manage CRM strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value
- Oversee customer data segmentation and analysis to support personalized campaigns and targeted promotions
- Manage CRM platforms and tools, ensuring accurate data, smooth operations, and system optimization
- Collaborate with marketing, retail, and operations teams to enhance customer journey and engagement across all touchpoints
- Track CRM performance metrics and provide insights to refine programs and improve customer experience
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience, 2 years of managerial experience in related industry
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Communicable English is preferred
- Must have strong data analysis and customer segmentation skills to design effective CRM strategies and deliver personalized customer experiences
