- Responsible for leading the sourcing, evaluation, and acquisition of multiple solar projects (utility‑scale, rooftop, commercial) while coordinating cross‑functional execution, stakeholder management, and pipeline reporting to leadership
- Up to 3,500,000 MMK and other allowances

Description
- Identify and secure high‑value solar opportunities through a strong network of developers, investors, landowners, and agencies
- Run feasibility, financial modeling, and risk assessments to qualify projects and inform go/no‑go decisions
- Lead negotiations and project onboarding, ensuring smooth handover and execution with technical and operations teams
- Maintain an active opportunity pipeline by monitoring market trends, policies, and incentives; provide regular intelligence updates
- Report pipeline status and deal progress to senior management, ensuring milestones and portfolio targets are met
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in related background
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Business English is a must
- Must possess strong stakeholder management, deal negotiation, and analytical skills (feasibility/financial modeling/risk assessment) to manage multiple concurrent solar projects effectively
