- Lead nationwide sales operations, distributor management, and market expansion strategies within the agrochemical sector
- Up to 7,500,000 MMK (based on experience)
The Role
The role will be responsible for managing national sales performance, expanding distribution networks, and driving revenue growth in the agrochemical market. This position requires strong leadership to guide the sales team, strengthen dealer relationships, and develop strategies to increase market penetration across Myanmar’s agriculture sector

Description
- Lead and manage nationwide sales operations and achieve company revenue targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in agrochemical products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key agricultural partners
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance and productivity
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to support product promotion and farmer engagement activities
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to senior management
- Ensure efficient distribution channel management across different regions of Myanmars
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience, preferably within the agrochemical, fertilizer, seed, or agriculture industry
- Proven experience managing national sales teams and distribution networks
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Good understanding of Myanmar’s agriculture market and dealer networks
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to travel nationwide for business development and field operations
