Description

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for aquaculture products
• Lead the establishment and expansion of the aquaculture business from market entry stage
• Identify potential markets, distributors, and key customers to support growth
• Build and develop a strong distribution network and customer base
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide business decisions
• Collaborate with senior management to define strategic direction and growth plans
• Recruit, train, and manage the sales team as the business expands
• Organize technical seminars, farm visits, and promotional activities to drive market development
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market updates for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Agriculture, Marketing, or Business Administration
• Minimum 10–13 years of experience in aquaculture, aquafeed, or related industry
• Proven track record in business development and market establishment
• Strong existing network with distributors, farmers, or aquaculture stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build business from early stage
