Description
- Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration experience
- Lead, inspire, and manage a large sales team to achieve targets and maintain a high-performance culture
- Set and monitor short- and long-term sales objectives to achieve revenue growth
- Motivate and guide the team to exceed sales quotas and achieve excellence across all levels
- Direct report to the Country Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in consumer products or pharmaceutical
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration experience
- Proficiency in both English and Myanmar, in written and verbal forms
- Able to travel overseas and domestically
