Admin Officer at an International Healthcare Company in Yangon, Myanmar

The Role

This role involves managing overall administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, handling documentation, supporting internal departments, and maintaining operational efficiency in a dynamic international healthcare environment

Our client is an international healthcare service provider offering advanced medical diagnostics, laboratory services, and healthcare solutions, committed to delivering world-class quality and innovation

Description

  • Oversee office facility management, including maintenance, utilities, safety, and cleanliness
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and building management to ensure uninterrupted office operations
  • Monitor and manage office assets, equipment, and inventory records
  • Support IT functions, including troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  • Coordinate with HQ and service contracts related to facilities and IT equipment
  • Assist in the implementation of company policies and compliance with corporate standards
  • Support administrative processes such as travel arrangements, logistics, and office supplies management
  • Prepare administrative reports, documentation, and support internal audits as required
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth administrative and operational support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in office administration, facility management, or IT support
  • Good understanding of basic IT troubleshooting, office systems, and network administration
  • Experience in coordinating vendors and managing facility-related operations
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital tools
  • Fluency in English and Myanmar language
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
