Description
- Oversee office facility management, including maintenance, utilities, safety, and cleanliness
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and building management to ensure uninterrupted office operations
- Monitor and manage office assets, equipment, and inventory records
- Support IT functions, including troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Coordinate with HQ and service contracts related to facilities and IT equipment
- Assist in the implementation of company policies and compliance with corporate standards
- Support administrative processes such as travel arrangements, logistics, and office supplies management
- Prepare administrative reports, documentation, and support internal audits as required
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth administrative and operational support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in office administration, facility management, or IT support
- Good understanding of basic IT troubleshooting, office systems, and network administration
- Experience in coordinating vendors and managing facility-related operations
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital tools
- Fluency in English and Myanmar language
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
