The Role

The role is responsible for providing efficient administrative, clerical, and coordination support to ensure smooth daily office operations. You will work closely with internal teams and management to support business activities and maintain an organized working environment

Description

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to management and internal teams
  • Handle office coordination, scheduling, meeting arrangements, and document management
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and office database
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office administration
  • Assist with travel arrangements, logistics, and expense documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, 
  • preferably in an international company
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills with fluency in English; Burmese language skills require
