- Support regulatory affairs and compliance activities for a well established consumer goods & retail organization
- Up to 1,500,000 MMK and Other Allowances
The Role
The role will be responsible for supporting all regulatory compliance tasks related to product registrations, labeling approval, documentation submission, and coordination with government authorities

Description
- Support regulatory submission processes for product registration, renewal, and certification
- Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documentation, including labels, packaging information, and technical files
- Coordinate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and inspection authorities to ensure compliance timelines are met
- Assist in monitoring regulatory changes and updating internal teams on new compliance requirements
- Prepare and check the requirements of FDA and DoCA regulations
- Work closely with Quality and Supply Chain teams for product testing, sample submissions, and document preparation
- Maintain accurate regulatory databases, digital files, and records
- Assist the regulatory team with reporting, tracking deadlines, and communication across departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, compliance, or related roles (FMCG/consumer goods experience preferred)
- Basic understanding of regulatory guidelines, product labeling rules, and compliance processes
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and coordination skills
- Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn regulatory frameworks
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing timelines in a fast-paced retail environment
