The Role
The role will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions across the trading operations, including logistics, procurement, and office teams. You will strengthen HR systems, ensure compliance with labor laws, enhance workforce capability, and support efficient HR processes that align with the company’s trading activities and organizational growth

Description
- Oversee the full HR spectrum including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, and performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company standards and local labor regulations
- Manage workforce planning, manpower allocation, and HR coordination across factory and office teams
- Lead employee engagement, communication initiatives, and conflict resolution to maintain a productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety standards, and internal HR governance
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR reporting
- Coach, mentor, and develop HR staff to enhance operational effectiveness
- Support senior management on HR strategy, organizational development, and change management initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, industrial operations, or labor intensive industries is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, employee relations, and HR operational processes
- Hands-on experience with HR systems, recruitment processes, and workforce management in a dynamic environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Ability to handle HR operations in a fast-paced, structured, and compliance-driven environment
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and strong problem solving abilities
