• Deliver Arabic language and communication to customers and clients in a corporate environment. This role is responsible for providing high quality Arabic communication support, including speaking, reading, and writing
• Up to 850,000 MMK + 500,000 MMK for Education Allowances  

The Role

The role will liaise with Arabic customers, third party service providers, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal team

Description

• Conduct Arabic language classes for employees at beginner to advanced levels
• Develop customized learning materials, lesson plans, and assessments suitable for corporate use
• Support teams with Arabic communication for business emails, client interaction, documentation, and presentations
• Evaluate learner performance and provide structured feedback to ensure continuous improvement
• Work closely with HR and business units to identify training needs for projects involving Middle Eastern clients
• Organize communication workshops, cultural sessions, and language resources to enhance workplace readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Arabic Language, Linguistics, Education, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Arabic or providing corporate communication training
• Native-level or advanced proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic
• Good understanding of business communication and terminology used in technology services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
• Experience in delivering training in a corporate or multicultural environment is an advantage
