- Up to 850,000 MMK + 500,000 MMK for Education Allowances

The role will liaise with Arabic customers, third party service providers, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal team

Description
- Conduct Arabic language classes for employees at beginner to advanced levels
- Develop customized learning materials, lesson plans, and assessments suitable for corporate use
- Support teams with Arabic communication for business emails, client interaction, documentation, and presentations
- Evaluate learner performance and provide structured feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Work closely with HR and business units to identify training needs for projects involving Middle Eastern clients
- Organize communication workshops, cultural sessions, and language resources to enhance workplace readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Arabic Language, Linguistics, Education, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Arabic or providing corporate communication training
- Native-level or advanced proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic
- Good understanding of business communication and terminology used in technology services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
- Experience in delivering training in a corporate or multicultural environment is an advantage
