Description

• Assist in planning annual event calendars and seasonal promotions to support marketing objectives
• Coordinate event logistics, including designs, schedules, checklists, and vendor communication
• Support budgeting and cost control for events, promotions, and mall decorations
• Conduct basic market research to help refine event concepts and marketing strategies
• Prepare event reports and assist with marketing materials to ensure effective communication and management updates

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in related industry
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
• Intermediate English is preferred
• Must have strong event planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage vendors, budgets, and timelines efficiently
