Business Development Executive at a Leading Outsourcing & Corporate Secretarial Services Firm in Yangon, Myanmar

• Reporting Manager - General Manager
• Up to 800,000 MMK plus other benefits

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Identify and approach potential clients through research, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
• Assist in generating new business opportunities through existing and potential customer networks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
• Maintain and update customer information and sales records.
• Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing sales reports.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, networking events, and promotional activities to generate leads.
• Support cross-selling opportunities with other business units within the group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and develop new client networks.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work efficiently in a team environment.
