 Warehouse Manager

• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and staff management to ensure smooth and efficient distribution
•  Salary is up to 1,800,000 MMK plus allowances

 The Role

This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who can take full ownership of warehouse operations, inventory control, and team supervision. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth material flow, accurate stock management, and strong coordination across departments

About the Company

Our client is a pharmaceutical retailer with a wide range of products distributed across multiple branches in Yangon

 The Role

• Support daily warehouse operations including cross-docking, sorting of imported and local items, storage management, and route planning
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, federal and local regulations, and company policies
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular physical counts, and reconcile Advanced Excel
• Manage overstock, expiry dates, and shrinkage (damage, loss, or expired items)
• Supervise, coach, and train warehouse staff to maintain high performance and productivity
• Schedule employee tasks, monitor progress, and ensure operational requirements are met
• Implement and maintain security procedures to safeguard warehouse operations and assets
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support management decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline distribution and delivery processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related field
• Strong leadership, supervision, and coaching skills
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations especially in the Pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to lead teams and enforce operational discipline
• Good coordination and communication skills across departments
