Description
- Lead, recruit, train, and supervise the marketing agents under the assigned business department to achieve sales and manpower development targets.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team that upholds strong professional ethics, compliance awareness, and service excellence.
- Ensure effective internal control, risk management, and full compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify, assess, and report potential risks, and implement corrective or preventive measures as necessary.
- Support internal and external audit processes, and ensure timely completion of follow-up or rectification actions.
- Establish and improve operational processes, workflows, and performance standards within the branch.
- Collaborate closely with headquarters and other departments to execute business initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
- Promote and reinforce the company’s culture of integrity, accountability, and compliance in all business practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Over 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, including more than 3 years in managerial or leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in computer operations and office software applications.
- Relevant experience within the insurance industry is highly desirable.
- Established and strong connections with local communities and networks.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
