Branch Manager (Mandalay) at a Well-known International Financial Services Company in Mandalay

  • Responsible for responsible for leading and managing the agency operations and branch operations within the organization.
  • Negotiable based on candidate experience 

The Role

Great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join the agency sales team. The role focuses driving sales performance, building and developing a strong team of agents, and ensuring all activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Our client is an International Financial Services company which is mainly providing the best practices of insurance products to the customers in Myanmar and Asia Countries.

Description

  • Lead, recruit, train, and supervise the marketing agents under the assigned business department to achieve sales and manpower development targets.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team that upholds strong professional ethics, compliance awareness, and service excellence.
  • Ensure effective internal control, risk management, and full compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify, assess, and report potential risks, and implement corrective or preventive measures as necessary.
  • Support internal and external audit processes, and ensure timely completion of follow-up or rectification actions.
  • Establish and improve operational processes, workflows, and performance standards within the branch.
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters and other departments to execute business initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
  • Promote and reinforce the company’s culture of integrity, accountability, and compliance in all business practices.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Over 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, including more than 3 years in managerial or leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in computer operations and office software applications.
  • Relevant experience within the insurance industry is highly desirable.
  • Established and strong connections with local communities and networks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
