• Responsible to deliver administrative and analytical support to the Corporate Sales team by maintaining accurate sales data, preparing timely reports, and ensuring smooth customer service operations to drive business performance.
• Up to 1,300,000 MMK plus other allowances

Our client is an International Insurance Services company which is mainly providing the best practices of insurance products to the customers in Myanmar. 

Description

• Generate and integrate sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to provide clear performance insights.
• Conduct analytical reviews of sales data to guide business decisions and monitor key metrics.
• Calculate and verify sales incentives to ensure fair and accurate distribution.
• Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate customer and sales information.
• Support clients through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
• Organize and present data-driven reports for management evaluation.
• Work closely with internal departments to streamline and strengthen sales processes.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales administration or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and database management.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and accountability.
