• Responsible in identifying new business opportunities, preparing business proposals and reports, coordinating partnerships, and supporting sales and marketing activities to ensure successful execution of departmental objectives
• Up to 1,200,000 MMK plus other allowances

Exciting opportunity for a results-driven and dynamic Senior Business Development Officer to support the Business Development Manager in driving business growth initiatives, strengthening client and partner relationships, and coordinating business development activities

Description

• Assist the Business Development Manager in executing growth strategies and expanding business opportunities
• Identify and engage potential clients, corporate partners, and stakeholders while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones
• Prepare and manage business documents including proposals, presentations, agreements, and reports
• Coordinate meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to ensure effective communication with clients and partners
• Maintain accurate records of client databases, sales pipelines, and business development activities while supporting reporting and performance analysis
• Support events, internal coordination, administrative tasks, and ensure proper documentation while contributing to achieving departmental KPIs and targets

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, customer relations, or partnership management
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools is preferred
•  Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Good command of English and Myanmar language preferred
