Description
- Assist the Business Development Manager in executing growth strategies and expanding business opportunities
- Identify and engage potential clients, corporate partners, and stakeholders while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones
- Prepare and manage business documents including proposals, presentations, agreements, and reports
- Coordinate meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to ensure effective communication with clients and partners
- Maintain accurate records of client databases, sales pipelines, and business development activities while supporting reporting and performance analysis
- Support events, internal coordination, administrative tasks, and ensure proper documentation while contributing to achieving departmental KPIs and targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, customer relations, or partnership management
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Good command of English and Myanmar language preferred
