Description

• Design, evaluate, and implement end-to-end IT architecture and technical frameworks for banking applications and infrastructure
• Ensure banking systems are secure, scalable, highly available, and compliant with local financial regulations and international standards
• Collaborate with software engineers, security teams, and product managers to define system specifications and integration patterns
• Drive the modernization of core banking systems, digital wallets, API gateways, and payment ecosystem integrations
• Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge technologies, cloud services, and third-party software vendors to optimize IT operations
• Troubleshoot complex technical system issues and provide strategic recommendations for long-term remediation

Requirements 

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 5 years as a Solutions Architect or Lead Engineer in the banking or financial services industry
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, TOGAF) are highly preferred
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture, API management, cloud computing, and DevOps practices
• Deep understanding of core banking systems, payment infrastructure (e.g., SWIFT, ACH), and financial cybersecurity frameworks
• Proven experience in leading large-scale system integration projects and coordinating with multiple technical stakeholders
• Fluent in English and/or Burmese, with excellent communication and presentation skills
