Description

• Lead the strategy, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Core Banking System (CBS) and Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Analyse operational data, portfolio quality, and financial performance metrics to identify trends and mitigation areas
• Assist in planning digital transformation initiatives, automation programs, and data security protocols 
• Prepare financial reports, risk dashboards, and regulatory compliance presentations for management and stakeholders
• Coordinate with Risk, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure alignment of data infrastructure and business requirements
• Monitor system KPIs, data accuracy, and support performance tracking against organizational targets

Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in MIS, data analytics, IT management, or business intelligence roles, preferably within microfinance or banking
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field
• Good analytical, data modelling, database management (SQL), and strategic thinking skills. Experience working with Core Banking Systems (CBS) and financial reporting frameworks is highly preferred. 
• Proficient in business intelligence tools, dashboard creation, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Good Command in both written and oral in Burmese and English languages
