Description

• Formulate and execute financial strategies, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans for the bank
• Oversee the bank’s capital structure, liquidity management, asset-liability management (ALM), and investment strategies
• Ensure strict compliance with Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM) regulations, financial reporting standards (IFRS/MFRS), and tax laws
• Direct and manage the preparation of accurate financial statements, regulatory reports, and management dashboards
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors and executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights and risk assessments
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams to achieve high performance and operational efficiency
• Optimize cost management, review financial risks, and strengthen internal control framework

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics related field
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA is mandatory
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the Financial Services sector
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and corporate governance
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
• Native Burmese with fair proficiency in English
