Description

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT systems, digital platforms, and software solutions for life insurance operations
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Coordinate with external vendors, regional IT teams, and internal developers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope
• Monitor project timelines, resolve technical bottlenecks, and manage solutions delivery risks effectively
• Ensure all delivered solutions adhere to security compliance, data governance, and life insurance regulatory frameworks in Myanmar
• Lead system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT) planning, and post-implementation support workflows

Requirements 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, solutions delivery, business analysis, or systems implementation roles
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Strong project management, vendor coordination, and technical analytical skills
• Experience working within the life insurance or wider financial services sector is highly preferred
• Proficient in software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and system integration practices
• Fluent in English and/or Burmese, with excellent communication and presentation skills
