Our client is an international telecom services company in Myanmar to provide innovative Information and Communication Technology solutions and services

The Role

• Responsible for detecting, responding to, and managing security incidents in line with established operational procedures
• Review and assess current and proposed network designs, providing recommendations based on client requirements and security standards
• Implement and manage security solutions including Fortinet WAF, Trellix, Cortex XDR, IDS/IPS, antivirus, Cisco WSA proxy, and Cisco firewalls
•  Coordinate with vendors for support and upgrades, including firmware/patch management and hardware break-fix activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Security Operations Support or a related cybersecurity role is required
• Strong knowledge of security tools including WAF, IPS/IDS, antivirus solutions, Cisco firewalls, and Cisco WSA
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools and security assessment processes
• Ability to analyze large volumes of logs, network traffic, and security-related data to identify potential threats
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English for effective reporting and coordination
