Payroll Operations Admin at a Growing Outsourcing Service Company in Yangon
- Salary: Up to 400,000 MMK plus other benefits
- Reporting to: Payroll Operations Supervisor
Key Areas of Responsibility
Administration
- Handle outside tasks such as document submission, collection, deliveries, and coordination with external parties
- Assist with daily office administrative tasks
- Prepare and organize internal and external documents
- Support operations team with required paperwork and follow-ups
- Coordinate with vendors, government offices, banks, and service providers when required
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Managers
Operations Support / Data Entry
- Maintain and update operational records and files
- Data entry and updating information in internal systems or trackers
- Assist in tracking operational activities and deadlines
Requirements
- High School Graduate is acceptable • Basic spoken and written English • Responsible, flexible, and able to handle outside duties • Good time management and willingness to multitask • Willing to learn and grow
