Description
- Oversee daily customer care operations to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries and complaints
- Strengthen team competencies in communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and product knowledge
- Analyse data and prepare periodic performance reports, highlighting trends and key insights
- Coordinate with the IT team to optimise system workflows and ensure smooth operation of customer care platforms
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in related industry and at least 2 years of experience in a management level
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Business English is a must
- Skilled in handling escalations and resolving complex issues
