Description
- Support and execute initiatives that elevate the overall customer experience across events, campaigns, and communications
- Develop and implement communication strategies that effectively promote retention and encourage customers to join or stay active in the loyalty program

- Track and analyse the results of campaigns, preparing reports and insights for the Communication Manager to guide future improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in related industry
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
- Business English is a must
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships
