Description

• Act as a bridge between IT and business teams to ensure applications meet organizational needs
• Manage application-related projects, including planning, coordination, and timely delivery
• Oversee daily operations of software applications, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues
• Provide technical support, training, and documentation to enhance user proficiency
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure IT solutions comply with quality standards and business requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in application management, IT project management, or system analysis or a related field
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
• Knowledge of database management, SQL, and data integration techniques
• Experience in conducting user testing and training
