Our client is a leading medical devices distribution company which distributes variety of international medical and pharmaceutical products and providing both private and government hospitals.
Description
- Develop effective sales strategies, and manage sales team to achieve business goals
- Identify new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, distributors and institutional customers
- Establish sales KPIs, implement effective tracking and reporting tools, provide accurate forecast and performance reports
- Build and maintain relationship with key decision-makers, and customers
- Direct report to the CEO
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices industry
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in both English and Myanmar, in written and verbal forms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, or a related discipline
