- Act as a technical trainer and mentor to junior engineers, focusing on developing their Java/Spring Boot skills and software development best practices

The Role
IT Leader and Trainer are responsible for following up with design and deliver structured technical training sessions, hands-on coaching, and knowledge-sharing programs
About the Company
Our client is an international IT services company in Myanmar to provide IT training and Japanese Language training to introduce IT staff for Japan local onsite job and developing offshore projects in Myanmar
Description
- Mentor and train junior engineers on Java/Spring Boot development, coding standards, and best practices
- Design and deliver structured technical training, hands-on coaching, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Review teamwork, provide feedback, and guide professional growth of engineers
- Collaborate with Japan-site teams to align on project requirements, technical standards, and quality expectations
- Track learning progress, maintain training documentation, and report development status to local and Japan stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development
- Strong knowledge of database design, performance tuning, and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- At least 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
- Proven mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to develop and grow team members
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 level or above
- Good communication and coordination skills in a cross-cultural working environment
