Overseeing and managing the entire human resources function across a group of companies or business units. The primary goal is to align HR strategies with the overall business objectives, support organizational growth, and foster a positive, high-performing culture

Description
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals to support business growth and workforce planning
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain high-quality talent across the group
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, promoting a positive and productive workplace culture
Design and administer performance appraisal systems, set clear performance goals, and implement improvement plans
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and career progression
Manage compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness
Ensure all HR policies comply with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements
Support organizational design, change management, and succession planning to build leadership pipelines
Oversee HR administration including payroll coordination, employee records, and HR reporting
Lead and develop the HR team, fostering collaboration and consistent HR service delivery across all units
Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and external partners to align HR practices with business needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s degree preferred)
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a senior HR management role, preferably in a multi-unit or group company environment
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements in the relevant country or region
Strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
Strong leadership and team development capabilities
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
