HR Assistant at one of the Well-known Retail companies in Yangon, Myanmar
Play a significant role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily HR activities and supporting both the HR department and all employees
Up to 800,000 MMK plus other attractive allowances
The Role
The role is a crucial member of the Human Resources team, responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining personnel records, and assisting in key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and payroll

Description
Maintain and update employee files and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Conduct regular audits of personnel files and documentation (offer letters, job descriptions, etc)
Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and conducting reference checks
Organize onboarding materials and ensure completion of pre-employment documentation for new hires
Assist payroll processing by gathering, checking, and forwarding attendance/leave records
Ensure HR processes comply with legal and company policies
Help maintain accurate compliance records and tracking tools
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
2-4 years of HR or administrative support experience; preferably within retail or FMCG working background in Myanmar
Basic understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and labor regulations
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
