HR Generalist Manager at one of the Construction & Real Estate Companies in Yangon, Myanmar
Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources functions within the construction company, ensuring compliance with Myanmar labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies
Up to 2,500,000 MMK plus bonus
The Role
This role requires to involve strategic HR planning, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture to support organizational goals

Our client is one of the real estate and construction companies based in Yangon, Myanmar, known for its involvement in residential development projects
Description
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives and ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and health & safety regulations relevant to the construction industry
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees to meet project and operational needs
Promote a respectful and inclusive work environment, handle employee grievances, conduct coaching and mentoring, and support employee engagement and team-building activities
Lead performance appraisal processes, support managers in addressing performance issues fairly and transparently, and assist in developing professional growth and succession plans
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices, legal requirements, and organizational needs
Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate payroll processing and manage employee benefits and insurance programs
Work closely with relevant departments to ensure workplace safety standards are met and integrated into HR practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced qualifications (e.g., HR certification) preferred
Significant experience (5+ years) in HR management, preferably within the construction or related industry in Myanmar
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development
Experience working with diverse teams and senior management and strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications
